Spring is here and we're still climbing the walls!

Students K-6 are still climbing the walls and having a great time. They're also swinging across the river and working together to get their whole team to the other side without touching the water and being eaten by the "river sharks"! What great displays of teamwork I have seen, and what a great upper body workout kids are getting!

CLIMBING THE WALLS!

This week at Lathrop Street, students in grades K-6 will be traversing our climbing wall and swinging on a jungle rope across a river full of "river sharks" ! Students will also work together in group activities such as Maze-n-Moves, Box Hockey and Meteorite challenge. Be sure to ask your child about all the fun!

Winter Sleigh Ride

Oh what fun it is to ride....this week Lathrop Street students had fun celebrating winter with a scooter "sleigh ride" in the gym. Ask your child about the horse and sleigh ride fun we had!

Jump Rope for Heart

Thanks to all the students who helped raise money for our Hoops for Heart and Jump Rope for Heart event. Lathrop Street students raised $2,260.00 for the American Heart Association. What a great effort by all! Thank you to everyone who financially supported such an important event.
